Fiction has been created in various forms since long ago. In every era, new formats have emerged according to the taste of literary creators and the liking of their audiences and sometimes the prosperity of the new form has affected the prevalence and prosperity of the previous forms. As a genre that has most of the characteristics of stories and novels, the gameplay is one of the new manifestations of fiction literature which dates back to the last fifty years. This research analyzing story elements in narrative games, matching the gamer and the audience of the story, and also matching the genres of games with the genres of stories and novels, presented with a descriptive-analytical method based on world-famous games. The data analysis shows that a new format has been formed in fiction literature, which, like screenplays and plays, in addition to the written version, in the digital version and in the realm of the image world, presents the audience with a new challenge in advancing the events of the narrative. Narrative games contain story elements and some story techniques. Some games have been presented based on famous novels; Like the game Assassin's Creed, which was based on the novel "Almut" written by Vladimir Bartol. Some others were created independently of the novel, in the form of narrative games, and some were inspired by famous legends, such as the series of God of War games based on They are designed based on ancient Greek mythology and Scandinavian mythology.
