The use of humor in children's and adolescent literature, in addition to creating joy, is an effective method for conveying intended concepts. Mehrdad Sedghi is one of the writers who pays special attention to this area of literature. This article examines two of his works, Non-Social Teachings and Brain Notes of a Newborn, from the perspective of humor techniques. The findings of this research, which is theoretical in nature and based on library resources and a descriptive-analytical method, show that Mehrdad Sedghi employs a variety of humor techniques. Based on how these techniques are used, their frequency, and their purpose in the text, the following are identified in order: exaggeration, understatement, situational humor, verbal humor, parody, sarcasm, absurd writing, feigned foolishness, simile, and language and rhetorical games, including ambiguity, pun, irony, allusion, and repetition. Among these, situational humor and verbal humor are more prominent based on the examples provided. Ultimately, it is concluded that Mehrdad Sedghi strives to use various humor techniques to convey social concepts in his two works
